    • An echo-efficiency evaluation system of a railroad car is provided to evaluate the environmental load and operation capability of the railroad car generally and easily in real time and compare relative echo-efficiency values applying the railroad car of the same standard for a plurality of object railroad cars, thereby determining the merits and demerits relation of echo-effectiveness among the object railroad cars at a look. A storage medium(110) records a database which includes the environment load index data of a standard railroad car, the service performance index data of the standard railroad car, and the environment load index data of an object railroad car, and the service performance index data of the object railroad car. A unit for producing a relative environment load index(120) calculates the average of the rate of change in the environment load index of the object railroad car based on the environment load index of the standard railroad car, and outputs the calculated average as the relative environment load index of the object railroad car. A unit for producing a relative service performance index(130) calculates the average of the rate of change in the service performance index of the object railroad car based on the service performance index of the standard railroad car, and outputs the calculated average as the relative service performance index of the object railroad car. A unit for producing relative echo-effectiveness(140) calculates a ratio of the relative service performance index for the relative environment load index, and outputs the calculated ratio as the relative echo-effectiveness of the object railroad car.

    • PURPOSE: A method for setting a priority in a life cycle assessment is provided to improve a calculation speed and check amounts of all use materials and a result material easily on one screen by deciding a priority according to flow relations of each process in executing a calculation automatically as a wanted numeral with respect to each process on a computer. CONSTITUTION: Amounts of use materials with respect to each process and amounts of result materials are checked. In each process, a use material of a corresponding process and a result material of a corresponding process are checked. A connecting relation is decided according to the results. If a 'G' process which the final result material is decided as most significant rank('0'), the 'E' and 'F' processes which are connected for producing a use material of the 'G' process as a result material are decided as the lower rank('1'). The 'D' process which is connected for producing use materials of the 'E' and 'F' processes as a result material is decided as the lower rank('2'). All processes('H', 'G') for producing a result material using the result material of the 'E' process(rank '1') as a use material are checked. Because, the 'G' process is decided as '0' rank, the 'H' process is decided as the lower rank('2'). The 'B' and 'C' processes are decided as the next lower rank('3') and the 'A' process is decided as the next lower rank('4').
