CONSTITUTION: A mothproof fabric production method includes the following steps; a step which makes a first porous fiber (F1) go by inside of a first mothproof material aqueous solution consecutively; a permeation step which makes the first mothproof material be permeated onto a first porous hole which is formed on the surface of the first porous fiber allowing a first ultrasonic wave to the first mothproof material aqueous solution; a setting step which fixes a first mothproofing material on the surface of the first porous fiber and the inner surface of the first porous groove while irradiating a first high frequency on the first porous fiber which has been through the previous step; a removal step which removes the first mothproof material which is not fixed on the first porous fiber washing the first porous fiber on which the first mothproof material; a completion step which finishes a production of a first mothproof fiber (F1') drying the first porous fiber; a step which makes a second porous fiber (F2) pass continuously through inside of a second mothproof material aqueous solution; a permeation step which makes a second mothproof material be permeated on a second porous groove which is formed on the second porous fiber allowing the ultrasonic waves to the second mothproof aqueous solution; a step which fixes the second mothproof material on a surface of the second porous fiber and on an inner surface of the second porous groove irradiation a second high frequency on the second porous fiber which has been through the previous step; a completion step which complete the second mothproof fiber drying the second porous fiber which is fixed on the second mothproof material; and a step which completes a mothproof fabric by weaving the first mothproof fiber and the second mothproof fiber.
