    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hybrid photo-catalyst surface processing agent and the hybrid photo-catalyst surface processing agent are provided to secure superior oxidation, decomposition, sterilization, and deodorization capability by improving the activity of a photo-catalyst. CONSTITUTION: Titanium dioxide is doped with one or more selected from metals, metal oxides, semiconductors, semiconductor oxides, non-metals, and non-metal compounds. The metals and the metal oxides are selected from tungsten, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, manganese, nickel, platinum, cerium, cadmium, zinc, magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, radium, copper oxides, tungsten oxides, iron oxides. The semiconductors and the semiconductor oxides are selected from zinc oxide, iron oxide, cadmium sulfide, zinc sulfide, tin sulfide, phthalocyanine zinc, tungsten oxides, copper oxides. The non-metals and the non-metal compounds are selected from C compounds, N compounds, S compounds, B compounds, P compounds, Si compounds, Al compounds, and F compounds or are selected from zeolite, yellow soil, activated charcoal, and boric acid. A hybrid photo-catalyst surface processing agent is mixed with the titanium dioxide doped with impurities, and light in 400 to 800 nm of wavelength is absorbed in the impurities to generate pores and holes(1). The pores and holes are transferred to the surface of the titanium dioxide(2).

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a water purification apparatus being capable of increasing purification efficiency by using plants eliminating N and P, a bio-film provided under the plants to decompose organic materials, and titanium and ultraviolet rays provided under the bio-film to oxidize contaminants in water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a bio-reactor(10) with a plant contact zone(1) provided at an upper portion thereof for eliminating nitrogen and phosphorous in water, a bio-film zone(3) provided under the plant contact zone(1) for decomposing organic material by bio-film, an oxidation zone provided under the bio-film zone and being comprised of titanium(4) and ultraviolet rays(5) for decomposing organic material by oxidation and discharging purified water to an aquarium; and a circulation unit(11) for circulating purified water in the aquarium to the bio-reactor(10) using a circulation pump(6) and a first and a second pipe lines(7,2).
