摘要： PURPOSE: A perlite board heating system is provided to transfer the heat energy of a hot water pipe to a finishing material using a heat-conductive adhesive, and to reduce floor noise during construction on the floor of a duplex building. CONSTITUTION: A perlite board heating system includes a perlite board(20), a hot water pipe(30), and a circulation boiler. The perlite board is adjacent to the floor of a building. The hot water pipe is arranged at the perlite board at regular intervals. The circulation boiler, which is connected to the hot water pipe, supplies and discharges hot water through the hot water pipe. A finishing material is fixed to the upper surface of the perlite board, in which the hot water pipe is laid, using an adhesive. A pipe groove is formed in the perlite board for laying the hot water pipe. The adhesive is one of a cement mortar based adhesive, an acrylic based adhesive, a polymer cement based adhesive, and an epoxy based adhesive. The adhesive is the epoxy based adhesive.
