    • 본 발명은 온수매트용 패드의 배관홈 형성 방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 단섬유를 웹 적층 또는 랜덤 적층시켜 형성된 적층물을 압착하여 온수매트 제조시 패드에 배관용 홈을 동시에 형성하도록 함으로서 매트제조의 편리성과 패드의 변형을 방지할 수 있으며 배관홈을 패드 제조시에 형성시킴으로 패드의 제조 후 다시 배관홈을 형성시키기 위한 후가공이 불필요한 온수매트용 패드의 배관홈 형성 방법에 관한 것인바, 본 발명은 단섬유를 일정한 두께를 갖도록 웹 적층 또는 랜덤 적층한 적층물을 형성시키는 적층물 형성단계와; 상기 적층물 형성단계에 의해 형성된 적층물의 일면 또는 양면에 틀체부재에 온수배관 홈을 형성시키는 돌기가 구비된 금형을 설치하는 금형삽입공정과; 상기 금형과 적층물을 고온의 열이 공급되는 오븐 내부를 통과시키면서 적층물을 가열하는 가열공정과; 상기 가열공정에 의해 연화된 적층물을 가압수단으로 가압하여 두께를 압착 축소시켜 일정하게 형성시키되 가압수단과 적층물 사이의 일면 또는 양면에 설치된 금형도 함께 가압하여 온수배관홈을 형성시키는 패드형성공정과; 상기 패드형성공정 후 압착되어 형성된 패드가 오븐을 통과하게 되면 패드의 일면 또는 양면에서 금형을 탈거하는 금형분리공정과; 상기 온수배관홈이 형성된 온수매트용 패드를 롤에 권취하거나 일정한 크기로 절단하는 마무리 공정 순으로 제조하는 것에 그 특징이 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a water-saving circulation piping apparatus. The present invention is a piping apparatus that is disposed between the water valve which controls supplied water discharge and the hot water storage container which is filled with the hot water. The present invention includes a water piping portion that is disposed for one side to be connected to the water valve, a pair of separated and hollow flow paths being formed therein; connection piping that is disposed for one side to communicate with one of the pair of flow paths of the water piping portion; a circulation driving pipe portion on which a circulation pump is mounted, the other side of the connection piping being connected to the circulation pump; and a supply pipe portion that is disposed to be connected to the circulation driving pipe portion and the hot water storage container, so that the hot water discharged from the hot water storage container circulates and flows back into the hot water storage container when the water valve is closed.
