Provided are a motor housing core manufacturing mold having a longitudinal direction and a motor housing having a longitudinal direction concavo-convex part manufactured using the motor housing core manufacturing mold.

    • A method for manufacturing a cylinder block using aluminum is provided to miniaturize size of the cylinder block, reduce weight of the cylinder block, minimize investment cost of facilities, reduce a unit cost of a product substantially, improve performance of an engine, and minimize noise of the engine. In a manufacturing method of a cylinder block having a cylinder bore formed therein to insert a cylinder liner for a car engine into the cylinder bore, a manufacturing method of a cylinder block using aluminum comprises: dipping the cylinder liner into molten aluminum at a temperature of 600 to 700 deg.C and taking out the cylinder liner from the molten aluminum to coat a surface of the cylinder liner with aluminum; and injecting the aluminum coated cylinder liner into a mold to manufacture a cylinder block in an ordinary gravity casting process while pouring molten aluminum into the mold. In a manufacturing method of a cylinder block having a cylinder bore formed therein to insert a cylinder liner for a car engine into the cylinder bore, a manufacturing method of a cylinder block using aluminum comprises: heating the cylinder liner to a temperature of 400 to 500 deg.C; injecting the heated cylinder liner into a mold; and manufacturing a cylinder block in an ordinary gravity casting process while pouring molten aluminum into the mold. The cylinder liner has a porosity of 60 to 70% and made from silicon carbide, and the cylinder liner has aluminum filled in pores thereof.

    • An aluminum-silicon alloy cylinder liner for a gasoline engine, which can obtain the structure of a pro-eutectic silicon particle size with excellent wear resistance and lubrication property by adopting a centrifugal casting process, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. A cylinder liner for an automobile gasoline engine comprises a hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy, wherein silicon particles are richly distributed at an inner side of the cylinder liner while aluminum particles are richly distributed at an outer side of the cylinder liner. The silicon particles have a diameter of 20 to 40 mum. In a method for manufacturing a cylinder liner by an ordinary centrifugal casting process, a method of manufacturing a cylinder liner for a gasoline engine is characterized in that an injection temperature is maintained to 700 to 800 deg.C, and temperature of the mold is maintained to 250 to 350 deg.C when injecting a molten metal comprising a hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy into a rotating mold.
