    • A feed supplement containing a double coated vitamin C is provided to enable the double coated vitamin C to stably move to the lower digestive system without being decomposed by microorganisms, pH and moisture in the rumen and to be absorbed in the lower digestive system and thus increases weight and productivity of ruminant animals. A feed supplement containing a double coated vitamin C is obtained by the steps of: producing a first encapsulated vitamin C by mixing vitamin C and a binding/coating agent and extruding; and mixing the first encapsulated vitamin C, extremely hydrogenated fat and fatty acid with a melting point of 40deg.C or more and encapsulating them. The vitamin C is selected from ascorbic acid or ascorbic acid derivatives. The binding/coating agent is selected from the group consisting of a divalent soap comprising bees wax, PEG, surfactants, calcium stearate, zinc stearate and magnesium stearate; a monovalent soup comprising sodium soap and potassium soup; fatty acid comprising hydrogenated fat, extremely hydrogenated fat, palmitic acid and stearic acid; and water, PG, high fructose corn syrup, cellulose, silica and zeolite.

    • Provided is a method for manufacturing ruminant stomach-protecting choline, which protects choline from a ruminant microorganism in ruminant stomach and maintains stability of choline by performing two coating steps, saves production expenses because coolant is not used, and thus reduces a production cost of products. The method for manufacturing ruminant stomach-protecting choline comprises the steps of: fixing a concentrated liquid-phase choline compound to the fixation carrier, and then removing water moisture to prepare choline fixed to fixation carrier; mixing the fixed choline with a coating binder in a mixer to be stirred, and then preparing first coated choline capsules through an extruder; and sorting out the first choline capsules having a size of 0.5-2.0mm, putting the sorted capsules into a second capsulation device, and thereto adding one selected from hardened oils having an iodide value of 1.0 or less and a melting point of 57‹C or higher or fatty acids having a melting point of 40‹C or higher, or a combination of two or more thereof to prepare double-coated ruminant stomach-protecting choline by a second capsulation step.

    • PURPOSE: A feed composition for improving an accumulation rate of γ-linolenic acid and a using method thereof are provided to improve productivity of domestic animal by improving the accumulation rate of γ-linolenic acid included in evening primrose seed oil. CONSTITUTION: Evening primrose seed oil diluents are formed by mixing water and evening primrose seed raw oil. The evening primrose seed raw oil is formed by concentrating the evening primrose seed oil diluents. The evening primrose seed oil diluents are formed to powder by mixing rice husk powder and the additives containing the evening primrose seed oil. The concentration of the evening primrose seed oil is 20 ~ 40 weight%. The evening primrose seed oil is mixed with water by a surfactant. The surfactant includes sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and polyoxyethylene glycerin monooleate.
