摘要： PURPOSE: A water permeable yellow soil concrete block and packing materials which are manufactured using the concrete block are provided to create environment which is beneficial to a human body and to improve water permeability by constantly maintaining air gap of water-permeable concrete blocks. CONSTITUTION: A permeable particle is prepared by adding yellow soil 60 parts by weight, aggregate powder 30 parts by weight, and compound 1 part by weight to portland cement. A first mixture consisting of elvan 50 weight%, king stone 30 weight%, and zeolite 20 weight% is shattered in 20 mesh. A second mixture comprises vermiculite 55 weight%, mixing calcination powder 30 weight%, talcum powder 5 weight%, calcium hydroxide 5 weight%, account A. E agent 1 weight%, surface active agent 1 weight%, and selenium 3 weight%. A particle for neutralizing the toxicity of cement is manufactured by mixing the first mixture and the second mixture with a ratio of 1:1. A water-permeable concrete ball is prepared by mixing a permeable neutralization compound and water with a ratio of 70:35, respectively.

摘要： A ground compacting method using soil is provided to neutralize the ground and reduce environmental pollution caused by cement by mixing yellow earth, kaolin, cement, admixture, and ammonium based compound with one another at a predetermined rate. A ground compacting method using soil includes the steps of: mixing yellow earth with kaolin at the rate of 10 : 90~50 : 50, mixing cement with mixture of yellow earth and kaolin at the rate of 5~10 : 100, mixing admixture with cement at the rate of 0.3~0.7 : 100, and mixing cement with ammonium based compound at the rate of 100 : 1~3; mixing and grinding the prepared raw materials uniformly; compacting foundation before paving the grinded material on the foundation; paving the grinded material mixed with water on the compacted ground; compacting the paved ground with rollers such a tandem roller; and curing the compacted pavement.
