摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic tool changer of a machining center is provided to enable the rapid change of a tool using the clamping and rotation of a tool magazine unit and a changer arm. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tool changer of a machining center comprises a rotary magazine(100), a cylindrical tool pot operating unit, and a changer arm(300). Cylindrical tool pots(102) of the rotary magazine are hinged to the circumference of a disk drum(101) and clamp multiple tools. The cylindrical tool pot operating unit is composed of a roller housing, a lifting shaft(202), and a pneumatic cylinder(203). A roller is inserted into the roller housing. The lifting shaft vertically operates the roller housing. The pneumatic cylinder elevates the lifting shaft. The changer arm clamps a tool clamped in the cylindrical tool pots to a spindle or changes the tool clamped in the cylindrical tool pots with a tool clamped in the spindle.
