CONSTITUTION: The thermal annealing method of a red light emitting lithium europium tungsten oxide fluorescent comprises the following steps: forming white powder by mixing lithium acetate with high purity tungsten chloride, europium nitrate, isopropanol, and hydrogen peroxide and performing a sol-gel method; obtaining a uniform and transparent sol after mixing 0.5~4% of urea for the total concentration of a metallic ion; obtaining the white powder by pre-heat treating at 200~300 deg C for 100~600 minutes using a dryer; and performing a post heat treatment to the powder with a heating rate of 3 deg C per minute at 500~1,100 deg C for 200~600 minutes using a furnace under pressure with air, argon, and nitrogen.
