摘要： A pipe joint is provided to connect and fix a pipe firmly against drawing force by integrally turning and securely fitting a displacement restricting ring in assembling a cap nut with a pipe joint body. A pipe joint is composed of a joint body(13) having a male screw part(19) and a cap nut(5) thread-connected to the male screw part of the joint body. An outer periphery of the C-shaped displacement restricting ring is arranged and contacted to a tapered inside(6) of a hole part(25) of the cap nut, and the cap nut and the C-shaped displacement restricting ring are integrally turned by a common turning unit. The common turning unit is composed of a recessed groove part axially formed in the tapered inside of the cap nut, and a fitting protruded part fitted to the recessed groove part and formed in the outer periphery of the displacement restricting ring.

CONSTITUTION: A pipe joint comprises a main body(2) having an insertion cylindrical part(3) fitted to the end of a pipe(1); a sealing member(4) mounted in a concave groove of the insertion cylindrical part; a slit mount clamp ring(5) combining the end of the pipe fitted to the insertion cylindrical part; and a diameter extension piece(6) fitted to the end of a slit(51) to extend the diameter of the clamp ring against the elastic force of the clamp ring, and displaced by contacting to the end of the pipe. The diameter extension piece is separated conveniently with pushing the pipe. The pipe is combined with the clamp ring without damage in the surface of the pipe, and sealing efficiency is improved with forming the slit. Working efficiency is improved with checking the displacement of the diameter extension piece.
