    • PURPOSE: A filling apparatus for automatically packing a sauce into a pack is provided to absorb aligned packs with a pack feeding cylinder and to feed the packs one by one with rotating at an angle of 90 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A filling apparatus for automatically packing a sauce into a pack (12) includes a rotation control unit (20), a pack transferring unit (30), a pack spreading unit, a sauce filling unit (60), and a sauce feeding control unit. The rotation control unit at the front of a pack feeding unit (10) controls the rotation of a rotary shaft (23) connected to the lower side of a pack feeding cylinder. An absorbing unit is installed at the front of the pack transferring unit having the pack feeding cylinder which absorbs and feeds the packs to be filled. The pack spreading unit comprises a spreading absorbing unit and a spreading cylinder which spreads the upper side of the pack with the spreading absorbing unit. The sauce feeding control unit controls a storage tank (51) to feed the sauce to an injection member connected to an injection pipe.

    • PURPOSE: A plastic sealing film feeder for packing the sauce with a box is provided to prevent the leakage of the sauce contained in the box by sealing a gap. CONSTITUTION: A plastic sealing film feeder for packing the sauce with a box comprises a plastic film guiding unit(20), a sealing unit, a gapping unit and a feeding unit. The plastic film guide unit supplies a plastic film(24) by rolling with a supply roll(21) through a supplying roller(23). The sealing unit seals the sealing line by moving a sealing unit to a double pneumatic cylinder from a cylinder shaft, once the plastic film is supplied. The gapping unit is installed at the top of the packing box in which a wrapping paper is supplied. The gapping unit has a gapping stand(16) and an air feeder located at the lower part of a gapping cylinder(13).

The reinforcing piece is formed with a hanging protrusion(14a) to be fitted to the vertical groove. The combining piece is arranged with a combining hole(14c) for combining with a stud(24) installed at the outside of a wall(22) of the building. The connecting piece is fitted to a vertical connecting groove(12d) and a hanging protrusion(15a) fitted into the vertical connecting groove. The inorganic board is bonded on an outer surface of the styrofoam block. The high strength glass fiber layer is bonded on the outer surface of the inorganic board. The finishing material layer is one of the paintings, functional coating materials, synthetic resin coating film finishing materials, melamine resin plates, and polymer organic chemical plates.

      상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 직사각형 판상의 양쪽을 폭 방향으로 돌출 형성시켜 "┏━┓"형태가 되게 형성하여 안쪽에 길이방향으로 연속되는 안내돌조를 형성하고, 상기 안내 돌조의 반대쪽에 길이방향으로 눈금부를 일정간격으로 형성하며, 상기 눈금부가 시작하는 끝단에 상하로 관통된 중심핀공을 형성한 후 하부를 예리하게 형성한 중심핀을 구비한 직선자와, 상기 직선자의 양측 끝단을 상호 연결고정하고, 안쪽에는 길이방향으로 안내돌조를 형성하며, 상기 안내돌조의 반대편에는 일정깊이로 요입시켜 요입부에서부터 관통되는 고정공을 형성한 후 상기 고정공에 고정구를 구비한 고정대와, 상기 직선자와, 고정대사이에 형성한 안내돌조가 삽입되어 길이방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 폭 방향의 양쪽에 안내홈을 길이방향으로 연� �되게 형성하고, 상기 상부면을 경사지게 길이방향으로 연속되게 요입시켜 경사부를 형성한 후 그 중앙에 일정간격의 필기구 삽입공을 형성한 컴퍼스자로 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
