CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an acanthopanax sessiliflorus extract comprises the following steps: washing and dehydrating leaves, fruits, or stems of acanthopanax sessiliflorus, and cutting or crushing the acanthopanax sessiliflorus; mixing 60-80wt% of Japanese apricot extract and 40-20wt% of persimmon vinegar to obtain a mixed solution; inserting the crushed acanthopanax sessiliflorus into an earthenware jar, and pouring the mixed solution into the jar; sealing the jar with a hemp cloth pasted with Korean traditional paper; naturally fermenting the ingredients inside the jar in the shade at room temperature for 90-120 days; and filtering the fermented acanthopanax sessiliflorus using a filtering net to obtain extract, and aging the extract in the earthenware jar or a ceramic vessel for 30-40 days.
