CONSTITUTION: The construction fabric material comprises one fabric(1) selected from a glass fiber fabric, polyester fabric and aramid fabric; first polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers(2, 2`) formed on both sides of the fabric; polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers which are formed on the first polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers and contain a heat-insulating material; and fluorine-acryl mixture resin coating layers(4, 4`) which are formed on the polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers containing a heat-insulating material. The first polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers contain a filler. The polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers containing a heat-insulating material contain a filler. The polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers containing a heat-insulating material are formed on any one surface only among the top surface and back surface of the fabric. The filler is one component or a mixture of two components selected from titanium dioxide, silica, mica, alumina, glass beads, calcium carbonate and magnesium. The content of the filler in the first polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers and the polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers containing a heat-insulating material is 2-25 weight%. The heat-insulating material is one component or a mixture of two components selected from antimony tin oxide, indium tin oxide, mica, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, tin oxide and zirconium dioxide. The heat-insulating material content in the polyvinyl chloride resin coating layers is 1-25 weight%.

    • The present invention relates to a method of preventing the contamination of a dry roller used in a paper machine which comprises the following steps: taping a fluorine resin tape (10) on a paper machine dry roller multiple times; wrapping a fluorine resin film (2) in which two fluorine resin layers (21, 22) formed of two different kinds of fluorine resins with different melting points are laminated on a joint (X) of the taped fluorine resin tape (10); then compressing the fluorine resin film with heat. The present invention enables users to readily and conveniently repair and manage the dry roller for the paper machine in the field, simplifies a facility by removing the necessity of having a separate spraying device for a surface formation agent to prevent contamination, and effectively improves releasing properties and contamination preventing properties of the dry roller.
