    • PURPOSE: A metal PCB, a manufacturing method thereof, and a light emitting device with the same are provided to extend the lifetime of the light emitting device by increasing heat dissipation efficiency through the metal PCB.     • PURPOSE: A bicycle driving state indication control apparatus and a method thereof are provided to easily turn the light on without pressing additional switch for lighting a driving indication light by automatically detecting the driving state using a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle driving state indication control apparatus comprises a main device(100) and a display(113). The main device transmits the light control signal for lighting the driving indication light per brightness level according to the measured driving speed of a bicycle. The display comprises the driving indication light which turns on according to the reception of the light control signal, and lights the brightness of the driving indication light according to the light control signal reception.
