    • PURPOSE: An egg broken rate reducing material is provided to improve an egg-laying rate and to make strong an egg shell for reducing an egg broken rate. CONSTITUTION: An egg broken rate reducing material is manufactured by: mixing a silicon powder and a slaked lime for a mole rate of 0.5-3.0; adding a warm water(60°C) for the amount of half of the weight of the raw material; agitating for 3 minutes in a mixer for adding 0.1 wt% of aluminum metal powder and mixing; foaming in a constant temperature and moisture equipment of 60°C for 30 minutes; solidifying for 24 hours for atmospheric pressure curing or high-pressure hydrothermal curing; crushing into a particle size under 10 millimeters to have plural fine porosities for manufacturing the main material of the egg broken rate reducing material; and mixing a fly ash, a soft stone mixed clay, a shell, and a sinking carbonate of lime to the main material of the egg broken rate reducing material. And the egg broken rate reducing material can be used by adding to a feed for improving a digestion and absorption in a chicken.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a far-infrared rays radiating aggregate by using sericite or ocher is provided which produces the lightweight aggregate having better properties by simple and economic process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) mixing 80-50 wt.% of pulverized sericite or ocher with 20-50 wt.% of either common cement or lime and 50 wt.% of hot water at 60 deg.C to prepare a slurry; (ii) after adding 0.1-0.3 wt.% of aluminum powder regarding total weight to the slurry of the step (i) with stirring, putting the mixture slurry in a moisture box at a temperature of 60 deg.C for more than 30 minutes; and (iii) after vapor-curing the product of the step (ii) at a temperature of 90 deg.C for 6 hours in a curing machine to obtain hardened materials, pulverizing the hardened materials.
