The controller includes a supplementary duct (12) connecting the supply inlet (10) and the outlet (10); an operation sealing member (14) blocking a flow in the main duct (11); a sealing apparatus able to block a flow in the supplementary duct; and a pilot chamber (18) between the operation sealing member connected to the inlet (8) and a sealing means. The operation sealing member (14) blocks the circulation of flow between the inlet (8) and the outlet (10) when the sealing apparatus is sealed and enables the flow between the inlet (8) and the outlet (10) when the sealing apparatus is opened.

    • The present invention relates to a cooling device for vehicle engines connected to a cooling fluid providing system.
