摘要： A natural seasoning for Kimchi and a preparation method thereof are provided to enable a consumer to easily and conveniently prepare Kimchi and to make Kimchi prepared using the natural seasoning to be fresh. The red pepper seasoning mixed with chopped leeks, garlic and ginger contains 100 parts of juice, 20-30 parts of dried red pepper, 10-15 parts of salted shrimps, 2-5 parts of salted hairtail, 10-15 parts of garlic, 1-3 parts of ginger, 2-5 parts of onion, 2-5 parts of pear and 1-3 parts of pine-nut.
