    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of portable hydrogen or oxygen dissolved drinking water is provided to efficiently manufacture drinking water with portable batteries since the electrolysis voltage of the apparatus is low. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus(100) of portable hydrogen or oxygen dissolved drinking water includes a container, an electrolysis cell(120), a first current feeding board(150), a second current feeding board(160), and a direct current power supplying unit(170). The container includes a path and an outlet. Water is supplied or drained through the path. The outlet exhausts gas generated by electrolysis. The internal space of the container is divided into an upper part and a lower part. The electrolysis cell includes a first chamber and a second chamber. The first chamber stores water, and the second chamber exhausts gas through the outlet. In the electrolysis cell, a first electrode catalytic layer and a second electrode catalytic layer are integrated with an ion exchanging membrane. The direct current power supplying unit supplies direct currents to the current feeding boards.
