    • PURPOSE: A device for diagnosing the moisture of an insulating material of a power transformer in which properties of the movement of the moisture inside the power transformer are applied and a method using the same for risk evaluation in which the properties of the movement of the moisture inside the power transformer are applied are provided to collect a sample with consideration for the movement of the moisture inside the power transformer when the moisture flows out from the insulating material to insulating oil and moves by a convection current, thereby precisely and accurately performing an internal pressure test of the power transformer. CONSTITUTION: A method for risk evaluation in which the properties of the movement of the moisture inside the power transformer are applied includes the following steps of: setting criteria for collecting a sample of the insulating oil of the power transformer and collecting the sample (S11, S12); analyzing the collected sample of the insulating oil (S13); performing a dielectric strength test using the collected sample for the power transformer (S14); selecting a target object for testing an insulating material of the power transformer and performing a test for testing the moisture of the insulating material of the power transformer (S15, S16); and analyzing diagnostic data obtained by the result of the moisture test and performing the risk evaluation of the power transformer (S17, S18).     • PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing a noise of an extra high voltage transformer is provided to reduce the noise by using attenuation interference. CONSTITUTION: A noise sensor(1) is composed of a high performance microphone which collects a noise. A first amplifier(2) analyzes the noise by amplifying the collected noise. A phase inverter(3) converts an analog signal corresponding to the amplified noise in the first amplifier to a digital signal. The phase inverter changes the digital signal of the phase inverted attenuation sound into an analog signal. A second amplifier(4) amplifies a noise removal signal by inverting the phase outputted from the phase inverter. An attenuation noise output speaker(5) outputs the attenuation sound corresponding to the phase inverted nose removal signal to a noise source. A temperature sensor(6) senses the temperature around the extra high power transformer. A moisture sensor(7) senses the moisture around the extra high voltage transformer. An LCD display unit(8) visually displays temperature, moisture, and noise.
