    • PURPOSE: A production method for a catalyzer device is provided to secure the purifying efficiency of a catalyzer for an exhaust gas purification, and to repress the exfoliation of the catalyzer layer. CONSTITUTION: The production method for the catalyzer device comprises of: mixing the gamma-alumina powder, the oxidized cerium powder, and the Ce-Pr complex oxidation powder; making a suspension by adding water; evaporating, drying and solidifying by adding the G-nitrodiamine palladium solution into the suspension; producing an inner catalyzer material by shattering the dried solidified material; shattering after putting the inner catalyzer material, the zirconium binder and water into a drum of a ball mill; coating a slurry by digging a carrier; forming an outer catalyzer layer by evaporating, drying, and solidifying by adding the G-nitroamine platinum acetic acid solution and the acetic acid rhodium solution into the suspension formed by mixing water, the oxidized cerium.
