    • The present invention relates to an encapsulation film comprising a thin layer composed of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide and a forming method thereof and, more specifically, to an encapsulation film of which equal to or more than one double layer comprising a thin layer composed of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide and a polymer organic layer is stacked, and to a forming method thereof. An encapsulation film according to the present invention has excellent blocking properties against oxygen and moisture, can sharply restrain oxygen and moisture diffusion in the direction parallel to the encapsulation film by minimizing the thickness of the polymer organic layer formed between thin layers, and has an effect of matching coating on concave and convex pattern because ductile fracture of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide is high. Also, the method for preparing an encapsulation film provided in the present invention has an effect in greatly reducing preparing costs by reducing raw material costs of device elements and innovatively ameliorating processing yield.
