    • Provided is a heat insulating cloth having excellent heat storing function and back side soft properties. The cloth comprises at least three layers of structure. A surface layer blocks an influence of external moisture by applying a single side water repellency process etc. to an outer side, and enables an execution of a phase change material (PCM) treatment process for another side. A phase change material layer has a body temperature control function by radiating heat (heat transferred by conduction, convection and radiation) stored upon exposure to a low temperature external environment; by storing latent heat from the body temperature during motion; and by a phase change of PCM by attaching the PCM, which is a heat insulating functional material, on the back side of the surface layer. A back side layer comprises a circular-knitted fabric for reinforcing a heat insulating function while giving a soft sensation upon contact with skin.

    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a rayon yarn with excellent elasticity, the method including: (i) a twisting process for twisting a rayon yarn to have a twist number of 700 to 2,500 per 1m; (ii) a twist fixing process for fixing a twist applied to the rayon yarn by treating the twisted rayon yarn with steam; and (iii) a sanforizing process for leaving the twist-fixed rayon yarn at a temperature of 30 to 35°C and under a humidity of 60 to 70% for 48 hours or more. According to the present invention, stiffness is given to the rayon yarn to extremely increase a restoring force when the rayon yarn is swelled by absorbing water, thereby highly enhancing elasticity by forming a crimp on the rayon yarn. The present invention effectively overcomes problems of severe wrinkles and poor shape stability caused by the rayon yarn′s own characteristics that the rayon yarn is swelled by absorbing water and shrunk by drying, and also realizes the rayon yarn having high elasticity without adding a highly elastic yarn such as spandex.

    • A manufacturing method of functional textile including heat insulation property and sweat-absorbing and quick-drying property is provided to have yarn of which a tensile strength is high by a divided illite by being mixed into the polyester resin, making a master beach, manufacturing a polyester chip, melting-emitting the polyester chip and manufacturing the yarn. A manufacturing method of functional textile including heat insulation property and sweat-absorbing and quick-drying property comprise steps of: collecting raw material to a settlement method for dipping illite in the water and floating the illite; mixing the illite at a rate of mixing a solid portion of 25 weight% based on distilled water and filtering the solid portion to 500mesh; pulverizing firstly, secondly and thirdly the solid portion at 2000RPM for 120 minutes using 1mm beads, at 3000RPM for 180 minutes using 0.5mm beads and at 4000RPM for 240 minutes using 0.2mm beads; shattering the solid portion into average granularity of 0.3 micron; obtaining the slurry by putting the crushed material 20 weight% into distilled water, obtaining suspended materials by precipitating the crushed material into a storage tank for 48 hours and filtering the crushed material using non-woven; injecting the slurry in the freezing dryer, freezing quickly the slurry at -45‹C for 4~6 hours, increasing a temperature to +80‹C, turning to the vacuum condition and subliming moisture; drying this to 30PPM, it injecting the lamp in the facility in which a rotating vane is installed after drying the slurry into a moisture content 3~5 weight% and obtaining a lamp; pulverizing the illite into the moisture content 10PPM; mixing, fusing and emitting the differentiated illite into a polyester resin, cooling an extruded product and manufacturing a master beach; and manufacturing the yarn by mixing the manufactured master beach into the polyester resin, melting-emitting the manufactured master beach.
