    • PURPOSE: A concrete surface finishing material for improving durability of concrete structure using a polymer hybrid material and a carbon nanotube sectional repair material and a surface treatment method are provided to improve durability and prevent carbonization and chloride-induced corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A concrete surface finishing material comprises 10-20micro meters thickness of a top coat for improving durability, 100-150micro meters thickness of a middle coat for expressing stone texture, and 1-2mm thickness of a base coat for waterproofing. The top coat comprises 50-70 weight% of ceramic resin, 15-25 weight% of cellulose acetate butyrate, and 10-25 weight% of phase change material based on total weight of the top coat. The middle coat comprises 23-28 weight% of modified acryl oil emulsion, 40-56 weight% of filler, 5-8 weight% of diatomaceous earth, 5-10 weight% of titanium dioxide, 10-15 weight% of water, and 1-10 weight% of inorganic pigment based on total weight of the middle coat. The base coat comprises 30-40 weight% of change epoxy resin, 55-67 weight% of adhesive reinforcing cement, and 0.1-5 weight% of carbon nanotube based on total weight of base coat.
