    • The present invention relates to a technique for producing anhydrosugar alcohol using hydride sugar as a raw material and, more specifically, to a method for producing high purity anhydrosugar alcohol sequentially by adding acid in hydride sugar (e.g. hexitol) in order to be converted into anhydrosugar alcohol, by distilling a converted byproduct liquid, and by crystallizing a distilled byproduct liquid. A byproduct which is obtained by refining a crystallization mother liquor generated in a crystallization step after removing a crystallization solvent from the same is (1) added in a step of crystallizing a distilled byproduct liquid or (2) added in a refining step after the crystallizing step. Accordingly, the total yield of the anhydrosugar alcohol is increased, and the amount of generated waste and treatment costs can be reduced, so that high purity anhydrosugar alcohol can be produced with low costs and high efficiency.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of oxidized starch is provided to have excellent viscosity stability and flexibility of starch and to improve solid phase of a surface-sizing composition with high solid content. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of oxidized starch comprises a step of manufacturing liquid starch by mixing starch and water; a step of adding a first oxidizer to the liquid starch and conducting a first oxidation; a step of conducting a second oxidation by adding a second oxidizer to the oxidized result; and a step of removing moisture from the result. The liquid starch has a solid starch concentration of 30-50 weight%. The first oxidizer is sodium hypochlorite and the second oxidizer is persulfate. The first oxidation and the second oxidation are conducted under conditions of 30-50°C and pH 8-12.

    • PURPOSE: A sweetener composition for Korean traditional liquor is provided to improve the functionality, the taste, and the flavor of the Korean traditional liquor.
