      이를 위하여 본 발명은 커버(11)가 결합되어지는 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징(1)의 하부 중앙에 결합되어지는 플러그(2)와, 상기 플러그(2)에 중심볼트(12)로 연결되어 압력을 감지하게 되는 벨로우(3)와, 상기 벨로우(3)에 결합되어지되 내부면에 결합홈(4a)이 형성되어지는 압력간격조절너트(4)와, 상기 중심볼트(12)로 결합되어 상기 결합홈(4a)에 체결되어 과압방지 및 압력을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 과압방지 조절볼트(20)와, 상기 압력간격조절너트(4)에 체결볼트(13)로 결합되는 조정자(5)와, 상기 하우징(1) 내부에 지지브래킷(6)으로 연결되고 조정자(5)에서 감지된 압력을 전달받아 지시침(8)을 작동시키게 되는 내기(7)를 포함하여 구성되어짐을 특징으로 한다.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring fluid pressure with improved acid resistance is provided to be applicable to an existing apparatus and be used for a ling time without component change. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring fluid pressure with improved acid resistance comprises a fluid receiving pipe(20), a sensor unit(30), and a casing(10). Fluid for measuring pressure is flowed into the fluid receiving pipe. The sensor unit measures the pressure of the fluid inflowed from the fluid receiving pipe. The sensor unit is placed in the casing. The casing includes a flow path(13) and an input detection space(12). The flow path is combined with the fluid receiving pipe and forms a path for traveling the fluid. The input detection space measures the pressure of inflowed fluid while being connected with the flow path.

In the housing, a cover(11) is combined. The plug is combined in the housing and the pressure flows in. The bellow is connected to the plug. A penetration hole is formed in the central part through the top and bottom. The pressure adjusting nut is combined in the penetration hole of the bellow. The center bolt is loaded in the plug. The inner plate is connected to the housing through a support bracket(6). The indication pointer directs the scale to a dashboard(9) and measures the pressure according to the operation of the inner plate.

The base is connected to a measured object. The diaphragm is supported by the base and senses an applied pressure. The signal processing unit changes the amount of deformation of the diaphragm to an electric signal. The outer housing package protects the diaphragm and the signal processing unit from external shock. The screw part is connected with a plastic package for setting a silicon chip diaphragm on the base. The screw part is coupled with a metal strain gage diaphragm.

    • A sensor module and a fluid circulation system having the same are provided to employ an anti-over pressure member to prevent pressure exceeding reference pressure from being delivered to a sensor that detects information of a fluid flowing along a passage. The anti-over pressure member includes a fixing unit, a cutting-off unit, and an elastic member.
