    • PURPOSE: A telephone relay system equipped with an auto calling function is provided to connect a call through internet network preferably and automatically when a caller try to call, if impossible connect through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) thereby reducing a calling charge. CONSTITUTION: A speech recognition engine(230) recognizes a voice of a phone inputted through an internet interface of a repeater(100). A reading part(240) reads out a conversion number of counterpart detected in the speech recognition engine from a memory. A VoIP(Voice over IP) supportig part(270) supports VoIP. A control unit(260) compares the telephone number read from the reading part and the telephone number inputted from the telephone with VoIP number. If the inputted number matches to VoIP, the control unit connects a call through VoIP supporting part. If the inputted number does not match to VoIP, the control unit transmits the telephone number to auto call unit of the repeater.

    • The present invention includes a method and system for the management and routing of telecommunications information on data and telephone lines. In one exemplary embodiment in accordance with the present invention, a flexible system whereby business information is correlated to a user's telephone number is provided. In another exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides an on-line answering service in which the identification information of the called party can be maintained during call forwarding and/or diversion.     • A method and a system for providing a call control service in a PSTN(Pubic Switched Telephone Network) are provided to allow a destination terminal to temporarily hold a call with an origination terminal during call communication and transmit previously recorded information to the origination terminal. When an origination terminal(100) attempts a call connection to the first destination terminal(120), a terminating MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(250) triggers the call to a service control system(400) connected via an intelligent network. The service control signal controls a call connection and establishment of a speech path between the origination terminal and the first destination terminal, and when the first destination terminal answers the call of the origination terminal, the service control system connects an intelligent network exchange(300) and a guiding unit(500). The guiding unit checks a service request message received from the first destination terminal during call data transmission/reception. If the service request message is a call transfer request message, the guiding unit transmits the call transfer request message to the service control system.
