    • The present invention relates to a groove type continuance variable oil damper which is installed inside a washing machine and which relieves impact and reduces vibration generated inside the washing machine while a piston (20) moves back and forth in a cylinder (10). Since the damping force of the cylinder in the present invention is variable depending on the back and forth movement of the piston, vibration is reduced and impact is relieved so that the number of rotation of a drum of the washing machine can be increased, thereby drastically reducing washing time.
