An outer link(106) is connected to the internal links(102,104) and the cooling tank(100) in order to move up and down them by a tare of a balance weight(168). The balance weight(168) is coupled to the outer link(106) in such a manner that the balance weight(168) moves along a weight guide beam(161). A balance leverage(124) is connected to the balance weight(168). A pair of cylinders(130,148) are provided to vary a center of gravity of the balance leverage(124).
