摘要： PURPOSE: A wire rod guiding apparatus is provided which prevents diameter of wire rod from being thinned by tension of the wire rod when leading the wire rod rolled in a preceding rolling mill in a final rolling mill by forming loop on the wire rod, thereby finally rolling the loop formed wire rod in the final rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: The wire rod guiding apparatus(1) comprises a tension control part(8) comprising guiding roller parts(10a,10b) which are rotationally installed at input and output sides of a certain sized upper plate(5), and on which a plurality of wire rod guide rollers(12) are mounted, and a loop control roller(15) installed between the guiding roller parts to push wire rod to one side so that the wire rod passing through the upper plate forms a loop on the upper plate, and tension of the wire rod is controlled according to position of the guiding roller parts and the loop control roller; a guiding part(70) comprising a lowerable and liftable plate(55) that is lowered and lifted and a cylinder(60) for operating the lowerable and liftable plate installed at the upper side of the upper plates, and curved guides(57) formed on the lower surface of the lowerable and liftable plate to connect the guiding roller parts of the input and output sides; and a cobble wire rod control part(90) comprising a space positioned in rear of the upper plate, and a door positioned in rear of the space to guide and store cobble wire rod deviated from a normal course and remove the cobble wire rod to the outside through the door.
