본 발명에 의하면, 레벨러의 롤표면에 부착된 이물질을 작업자의 수작업없이 신속하면서도 효과적으로 제거하도록 하여, 이물질에 의한 레벨링되는 후판제품의 표면손상을 방지시키고, 레벨러 롤의 표면을 연마할 수 있어 후판제품의 레벨링 작업효율을 높이도록 하는 보다 개선된 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
