    • PURPOSE: An organic photo transistor is provided to have an organic semiconductor thin film layer with p and n type organic semiconductor materials, thereby reacting to light with low intensity. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(15) is formed on a substrate. A gate insulating film layer(14) surrounds the gate electrode on the substrate. An organic semiconductor thin film layer(13) is formed on the gate insulating film layer. The organic semiconductor thin film layer includes p and n type organic semiconductor materials. A source electrode(11) and a drain electrode(12) are separated on the organic semiconductor thin film layer.

    • PURPOSE: A piezoelectric element which uses a huge hetero-junction layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a flexible device by manufacturing the thickness of the layer into several hundreds nm. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(20) is arranged on a substrate(10). A huge hetero-junction layer(30) is arranged with a mixture made by dissolving electron accept and donor materials as a solvent on the upper part of the lower electrode. An upper electrode(40) is arranged in the upper part the huge hetero-junction layer. The huge hetero-junction layer has a shape of polymer-polymer, polymer-monomer, or monomer- monomer. The solvent is selected from a group comprised of chloroform, chlorobenzene, di-chlorobenzene, tri-chlorobenzene, and mixture thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A novel fullerene derivative and a fullerene polymer are provided to obtain excellent charge mobility and to be used in an organic electronic device including an organic solar cell, an organic transistor, an organic memory, and an electromagnetic wave blocker. CONSTITUTION: A novel fullerene derivative has two functional groups which are marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A is an alkyl group with C1~C20. A method for manufacturing the fullerene derivative comprises: a first step of adding fullerene, a reactant, a catalyst 1, and a catalyst 2 to an organic solvent; a second step of obtaining an intermediate product by reacting the mixture at inactive atmosphere and high temperature for 50 ~ 70 hours; and a third step of obtaining a final product by refining an intermediate product of the second step and extracting the product with alcohol.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for organic solar cell is provided to increase the effectiveness of a organic solar cell by increasing the mobility of an electron by irradiating an ion beam on one of top layers after forming a bottom electrode, and a hole collect layer and a semiconductor film layer. CONSTITUTION: A Bottom Electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A hole collect layer(300) is formed on the top of the bottom electrode for helping the movement of a hole. A semiconductor film layer(400) is formed on the top of the hole collect layer for dividing the free electron and the hole. A upper electrode(500) is formed on the top of the semiconductor film layer. The ion beam is irradiated to the top side of one of the bottom electrode, the hole collect layer, and the semiconductor film layer, and the top electrode. The top electrode includes the conductive metal like aluminum.
