    • PURPOSE: A silicone pressure sensitive adhesive composition is provided to improve the adhesive strength and cohesive strength of the pressure sensitive adhesive without using organic solvents such as toluene and xylene harmful to the environment. CONSTITUTION: A silicone pressure sensitive adhesive composition comprises 20 to 70 parts by weight of polyorganosiloxane resin represented by the chemical formula 1: R^1_3SiO_1/2)_w(R^2_2SiO_2/2)_x(R^3SiO_3/2)_y(SiO_4/2)_z; 10 to 30 parts by weight of silicone gum represented by the chemical formula 2; 1 to 20 parts by weight of polyorganohydrogensiloxane; 0.1 to 1 part by weight of a hydrosilylated metal catalyst; and 10 to 50 parts by weight of a C8 to C 23 straight-chain alkene. The polyorganosiloxane resin has a number average molecular weight of 3,000 to 8,000 and a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 30,000.

    • PURPOSE: An adhesive for bonding silicon rubber is provided to have high heat resistance and durability, thereby capable of being used as an adhesive to bonding silicon rubber which is used as an engine mount to an engine and maintaining adhesion for long time even at the temperature of 140°C or more. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive for bonding silicon rubber comprises a silicon rubber composition. The silicon rubber composition comprises 20-50 parts by weight of silicon rubber, 10-40 parts by weight of alcohol, 20-60 parts by weight of C6-8 aliphatic hydrocarbon. The adhesive comprises 5-35 parts by weight of one selected from methanol, isopropanol, methylethylketone, and toluene based on 100.0 parts by weight of the silicon rubber mixture, and/or additionally comprise 1-5 parts by weight of organic silane. The organic silane comprises one or more selected from chlorosilane, vinylsilane, alkoxysilane, and aminosilane.

      본 발명의 접착제는 상기 식1의 스피로오르토카보네이트 (“SOC”)기 및/또는 상기 식2의 스피로오르토실리케이트 (“SOS”)기를 함유하는 화합물을 첨가하여 경화수축을 제어하여 잔류응력을 최소화한다. 이러한 작용은 접착제 가교성 성분의 가교 반응에 스피로 화합물이 참여하여 개환됨으로써 팽창하여 접착제 전체의 경화수축을 억제하여 달성된다. 따라서, 본 발명의 접착제는 기존의 열가소성 수지의 함량에 의존하여 경화수축 및 잔류응력을 완화하는 방법에 비해 여타의 물성 및 신뢰성의 저하 없이 경화 시의 부피수축을 제어할 수 있다.
