    • PURPOSE: A rotary vane-type vacuum pump is provided to prevent damage to a rotor, a vane, and a motor due to the inflow of oil by preventing the inflow of oil into a pump cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A rotary vane-type vacuum pump(1) comprises a check valve(21), oil passages(17,18,19,20,26,27), an oil passage for a cylinder, and an oil control valve tool(38). The check valve is descended by oil pressure to open an inlet(7) when a vacuum pump starts operating; and is ascended by the elasticity of a support spring to block the inlet when an oil pump stops operating. The oil control valve tool opens the oil passage for the cylinder by the oil pressure when the oil pump starts operation; collects some of oil supplied to control the pressure of the oil passages through oil recovery passages(46-49); and blocks the oil passage for the cylinder when the oil pump stops operating.

CONSTITUTION: A oil pump for an automatic transmission comprises a housing unit(10), a driven gear(20), and an exhaust groove unit(40). The housing includes a suck groove(12) and a discharge groove(14). The driven gear is located inside the housing. The drive gear is partially arranged inside the driven gear. The exhaust groove forms a groove connecting to an outer and an inner drive gear. The drive gear includes a gear body including a hollow and a first gear(36) protruding along the gear body. Multiple exhaust grooves are installed around the drive gear. An exit of the exhaust groove is formed on the side of the first gear.

    • PURPOSE: A vane rotary compressor is provided to maintain cooling performance as the leading end of a vane is closely attached to the inner surface of a stator by pressure difference applied to both surfaces of a blade unit. CONSTITUTION: A vane rotary compressor comprises a rotor(30) and a vane(50). The rotor rotates in a stator(20). The vane is inserted into a slot(40) of the rotor, and protrudes from the inner surface of the stator. The vane comprises an insertion unit(51) and a blade unit(52). The insertion unit is inserted into the slot of the rotor. The blade unit is extended from the leading end of the insertion unit in the rotary direction of the rotor. The blade unit of a vane is closely attached to the inner surface of the stator by pressure difference between compression chambers. The blade unit is bent at a curvature corresponding to the outer surface shape of the rotor. A receiving groove(31) for the blade unit is formed at one side of the outer surface of the rotor. The width of the blade unit is 0.2-0.3 times of the maximum protruding length of the vane.

The angle from the center of the pressure chamber to the outlet side is 48.5°. Protrusion part (121) in the central part of the edge of the outlet side of the intake port, a groove is formed in the inlet side of the discharge port.
