Said sub vortex generating unit fixes said outside and inside tube members between said outside tube member and inside tube member, and makes the flow of passing, inhaled gas to be of a vortex form. Said main vortex generating member is equipped with the straight line panel member formed on one end consisting of the downstream side of intake gas flow among both end parts. Said straight line panel member may be provided with a back pressure through hole.
