    • PURPOSE: A device for processing an operations, administration, and maintenance (OAM) frame of a packet transmission network and a method for the same are provided to apply a proved international telecommunications union telecommunication (ITU-T)-based OAM method to a multiprotocol label switching-transport profile (MPLS-TP)-based packet transmission network based on a transmitted packet and possibly apply an IP/MPLS OAM method under a modifying operation to the network afterwards. CONSTITUTION: A network OAM management unit (10) selects an OAM frame which requires real time processing based on label information included in a transmitted packet. The network OAM management unit manages the state of the selected OAM frame. A non-real time OAM processing unit (20) manages the state of an OAM frame without the demand for real time processing. The non-real time OAM processing unit controls the setting of the network OAM management unit.     • PURPOSE: A visible light transmitter and a method for displaying linearity of a visible light source are provided to conveniently prevent the distortion of a visible light signal transferred through a visible light wireless audio transmission device by controlling an amplification level of an amplification unit in a transmitter. CONSTITUTION: A voltage level mounting unit(120) monitors an output voltage level of an electric signal, and a bias voltage calculator(140) calculates the bias voltage applied fro the transmission of a visible light signal.
