    • A quantum signature method by an arbitrator and a system using the same are disclosed. The quantum signature method by the arbitrator according to the present invention comprises the steps of: sharing a bell state and a private key previously generated among a signer device, an arbitrator device and a receiver device; encrypting a message to be transmitted by the signer device, generating an encrypted quantum message and a signature corresponding to the encrypted quantum message and transmitting a message-signature pair to the arbitrator device based on them; making the arbitrator device verify validity of the signature on the encrypted quantum message provided by the signer device and transmit a verification result and the message-signature pair to the receiver device; and making the receiver device check the message-signature pair and the verification result and decrypt the encrypted quantum message by using the previously shared private key according to the check result.

    • PURPOSE: A visible light wireless telecommunications device and a method are provided to use 2PPM(Pulse Position Modulation) mode thereby maintaining communications speed of luminance adjustment function and visible light wireless telecommunication in LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A luminance signal generator(100) calculates duty cycle of a lighting drive signal corresponding to luminance request information. The luminance signal generator generates clock frequency information of a luminance signal. A lighting driving unit(300) outputs a lighting driving signal of pulse waveform based on the clock frequency information and transmission data of a transmission data generator(200). The lighting driving unit adjusts pulse position of on section by each bit unit time in waveform of the lighting driving signal.

A control unit(320) analyzes the received signal and grasps the location information of the ambient vehicle and determines the car control operation based on the grasped location information. A database connection manager(22) generates the database connection pools(23a-23n), obtains the database connections from the generated database connection pools(23a-23n), and manages the obtained database connections. A servlet unit(21) receives the pointers of the database connections from the database connection manager(22), and performs corresponding database operations through the database connections corresponding to the pointers.

CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. Various data are initialized if a main program of a work flow engine(301). The state of a system is changed into a work process waiting state(302). If an operator submits a work process request(303), a concurrent process for performing the work process is generated(304). The state of the system is changed into the work process waiting state again, and at this time a parameter, transmitted to the process generated by the main program, turns back all the data, received from the operator. If the system receives a process stop request, the work flow engine is stopped(305).
