    • PURPOSE: A nozzle control device of amorphous strip manufacturing equipment is provided to control the horizontal state of a nozzle immediately after the nozzle control device continuously detects an interval between a nozzle and a cooling roll during a spraying process of molten metal. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle control device of amorphous strip manufacturing equipment (100) comprises a tundish (110), a nozzle (120), a cooling roll (130), a detection unit, and a control unit. The tundish includes a crucible in which molten alloy is accommodated. The cooling roll is arranged on the lower part of the nozzle, and rapidly cools the molten alloy which is discharged from the nozzle. The detection unit detects a gap between the cooling roll and the nozzle. The control unit moves the tundish vertically according to values of the detection unit, and controls a gap between the cooling roll and the nozzle.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting a shroud nozzle is provided to prevent the thermal deformation of the nozzle and to prevent air from flowing inside the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for supporting a shroud nozzle includes a mouth ring (100) and a gas feeding unit. The nozzle is held on the mouth ring having a jetting nozzle part jetting a gas upwards. The gas feeding unit selectively feeds air for cooling and inert gas for forming a gas curtain to the jetting nozzle part. The jetting nozzle part includes multiple jetting holes (111), a main flow path (112), and multiple branch flow paths (113). The jetting hole is opened toward the upper side of the mouth ring. The diameter of the jetting hole becomes wider upwards so that the jetting hole has an inclined surface. The main flow path is connected to the gas feeding unit. The branch flow paths inside the body of the mouth ring are branched off from the main flow path, and are respectively extended from the bottoms of the jetting holes.
