    • PURPOSE: A power amplifier is provided to remove a signal of a baseband frequency band generated in a common gate node by controlling impedance of the common gate node in a cascode amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An amplification unit(110) includes two or more cascode amplifiers which are connected in parallel. The amplification unit amplifies an input signal. A bias supply unit(120) supplies bias power to the common gate node of two cascode amplifiers. The bias supply unit removes a preset signal of a baseband frequency band from the common gate node. The bias supply part controls impedance of harmonic components in the common gate node according to an inductance component of a bonding wire which is connected to a ground.     • PURPOSE: An amplifier capable of reducing horizontal bend noise and apparatuses including the same are provided to maintain a current of the amplifier regardless of each level of input signals and to minimize horizontal band noise which is generated in an image sensor including the amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier(3) comprises a differential amplifier(10), a current mirror(20), and a first switching circuit(40). The differential amplifier comprises a first transistor(11), a second transistor(13), and a current source(14). A plurality of transistors(23,25,29,31) forms a current mirror. The current mirror is connected between output terminals(17,19) of the differential amplifier and power source. The first switching circuit executes a switching operation between a first output terminal and a tail in response to one among input signals.

    • PURPOSE: A receiver including an LC tank filter and operation method thereof are provided to maintain the PVT of an LC tank filter by using a code generator and supply a receiver including a filter regardless of the change of voltage and temperature. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier outputs a differential output signal. A code generator(32) controls a calibration code through comparison between a first frequency and a second frequency that is outputted from a PLL(Phase Locked Loop). An LC tank filter is connected to an input terminal. The code generator controls the frequency of differential input signals in response to a control code.

A second differential combining structure includes the positive shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(306) and the negative shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(308) in the first route. The second differential combining structure includes the negative shift 1/4 wavelength transformers(307, 309) in the second route.
