CONSTITUTION: A cooling structure of a motor for a vehicle includes a cooling hole(12), an electromagnet, a cooling hole opening and closing body, and an elastic body. The cooling hole is formed on the outer side of a rotor installation space of a housing(10) with a rotor which rotates by receiving currents. The electromagnet generates magnetic force by receiving currents. A cooling hole blocking unit selectively blocks the cooling hole according to the rotation of the cooling hole opening and closing body by the magnetic force. The elastic body rotates the cooling hold opening and closing body to make the cooling hole blocking unit block the cooling hole if the cooling hole opening and closing body is not rotated by the magnetic force of the electromagnet.
