CONSTITUTION: A vacuum furnace comprise a body unit(110), a heating furnace unit, a cut-out unit(130), a cooling unit(140), and a blower unit. A pressurized vacuum unit is formed one side of the body unit. The heating furnace unit comprises a first opened hole and a second opened hole. The cut-out unit includes a first blocking plate and a blocking cylinder. The blocking cylinder opens and closes the second opened hole.

The controller controls the spraying rate and time of the coolant sprayed from the spray unit.
