    • A cooling jacket block is provided to extend life span of the block with reinforcing water inlet and water outlet not to be worn out threads due to frequent assembly and disassembly, to maximize sealing of areas connected to water line not to be leaked, and to maximize cooling efficiency of the jacket block. A cooling jacket block(1) has an arch shaped main body(10) made of copper, a straight coolant passageway(20) formed in a longitudinal direction in the main body of a block for the flow of coolant with a water inlet(30) and a water outlet(40) formed perpendicular to the passageway to be connected to water line. Both water inlet and outlet are tapped to be coupled with adapters(200) having male threads(210) at one end of outer surface and a head(250) for applying torque with a tool at the other end of outer surface of each adapter while having female threads(230) on inner surface of each adapter. Sealer(300) is filled between the tapped threads(100) and the male threads of the adapter.
