A pressure member is fixed in the lower part of a discharge chute(174) to push the link member down for opening and closing the covers.

    • PURPOSE: A skirt protector of a belt conveyor is provided to minimize a deadlock time and to improve the productivity by preventing the early corrosion and the breakage of a skit and a belt member under a chute. CONSTITUTION: An operating portion(10) has installing slots(122) to be penetrated through a vertical plate(121) under a chute and operating plates(11) to be assembled in the installing slots to be rotatable. The operating portion is rotated by materials to be dropped on a belt member(132). In a skirt portion(30), a wire(31) to be connected with the rear side of the operating plates is connected with a skirt operating bar(32). The center of the skirt operating bar is connected with a connecting bar(34) in the vertical plate. A supporting plate(36) assembling a skirt(39) is installed in the other side of the skirt operating plate. The skirt is contacted or separated from both sides of the belt member according to the drop of materials through the chute. Thereby, the drop of the materials is prevented to prevent the early corrosion and the breakage of the skirt and the belt member.

    • PURPOSE: A rotary skirt board device is provided to minimize the leakage of materials by compensating the eccentric face of a belt through a skirt movable member. CONSTITUTION: A skirt board(6) is equipped between an upper part of a moving belt(2) and a chute(3), and the lower face of the skirt board is formed corresponding to the curvature radius of the moving belt. A shaft(11) is integrally fixed in both lengthwise faces of the skirt board. A fixing post(7) is fixed in the shaft to be rotatable and fixed in both faces of the chute. An operating cylinder(14) is connected with a cylinder rod(12) to rotate the shaft. Many skirt fixing members are fixed in both crosswise faces of the skirt board. Guiding rollers(18) are arranged in both lower faces of the moving belt by connecting with the skirt fixing members. A guiding box(50) is fixed in a fixing frame to support the guiding rollers to be rotatable and to support bushes(19) to be traveled. A pair of guiding plates is installed in both lengthwise sides of the skirt board. The guiding plates guide falling materials by inclining corresponding to the inclination of the skirt board. Thereby, the separation of the materials is prevented and a smooth carriage of the materials is performed.
