CONSTITUTION: A green part of a radish or cabbage leaves are rapidly cooled at a temperature of -5°C to -20°C for 30 minutes to 2 hours by using a cooling apparatus(100). The rapidly cooled green part of a radish or the cabbage leaves are washed(200). The washed green part of a radish or the cabbage leaves are hot air dried at a temperature of 100 to 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes in a hot air dryer(200). The dried green part of a radish or cabbage leaves are air dried for 10 to 15 days(300). One side of the dried green part of a radish or cabbage leaves are bound by thread and rapidly cooled. An ultrasonic vibration unit is equipped at a lower part of a washing tub and vibrates water. A dried radish greens mesh is equipped at the lower part of the washing tub and vibrates water. A fixing unit comprises a fixing rod for fixing the green part of a radish or the cabbage leaves and holders that are fixedly installed at both sides of the washing tub so that the fixing rod is held.
