    • A user cooperation terminal device and a user cooperation communication method using the same are provided to obtain a high data transmission rate by removing interference due to a user by using a neighbor user message decoded from a neighbor user. A signal detector(210) receives a signal transmitted from a source node and detects the received signal. A time slot length of the signal detected by the signal detector is controlled. A message generating unit(220) generates a user message from which the interference of a neighboring user is removed by using the neighbor user message based on the received signal. The neighbor user message is decoded into the received signal of the neighbor user and transmitted to the message generating unit. A message transmitting unit(230) transmits the generated user message to the neighbor user or another user.

    • PURPOSE: A mobile communication device including base station/mobile station multiple antennas is provided to reflect lower characteristics of spatial channels, and to transmit multiple stream data as forming antenna beams of a base station by considering lower characteristics of all mobile stations, thereby accomplishing maximum theoretical capacities. CONSTITUTION: A base station(10) restores weight information determined in mobile stations(20,22,...,24) from feedback signals, generates downlink control information, selects desired data of the mobile stations(20,22,...,24), and modulates/codes the selected data as controlling gains. The base station(10) spreads bands, operates a selected basis matrix by using the downlink control information, and transmits data signals, the first control signals, and pilot signals to the mobile stations(20,22,...,24). Each of the mobile stations(20,22,...,24) at least has one mobile station antenna. The base station(10) has at least two base station antennas. The number of the mobile station antennas is less than or more than the number of the base station antennas. The first characteristic corresponds to lower characteristics of base station/mobile station multiple antenna channels. The downlink control information consists of mobile station selection information, indexes of an optimal basis matrix, and indexes of an optimal gain value.

    • PURPOSE: A temperature controlling apparatus using a semiconductor fabricating is provided to compensate lowered temperature of a coolant by installing a temperature compensator in the temperature controller. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control portion(12) has a compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, a connection line, and a valve. The temperature control portion(12) is connected with a fabrication apparatus(10) by a coolant supply line(12a). A coolant is supplied through the coolant supply line(12a). The coolant supply line(12a) has a structure of a circulating line. The temperature control portion(12) has a structure of an air cooling method or a structure of a water cooling method. A temperature compensation portion(14) is used for heating the coolant supplied to the fabrication apparatus(10). The temperature compensation portion(14) is formed by a temperature exchange device.
