    • PURPOSE: A fuel supply system for a high-pressure natural gas injection engine with a surplus BOG(boil-off gas) consumption unit is provided to reduce the heat duty of a high pressure evaporator and the thermal stress applied to a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system for a high-pressure natural gas injection engine with a surplus BOG consumption unit comprises a BOG compression unit, a re-liquefying device, a high pressure pump, a high pressure vaporizer, and a surplus BOG consumption unit. The BOG compression unit is supplied with BOG from a storage tank, and compresses the BOG at 12~45 bar. The re-liquefying device liquefies the compressed BOG. The high pressure pump compresses the liquefied BOG. The high pressure vaporizer vaporizes the BOG, and supplies the BOG to the high-pressure natural gas injection engine. The surplus BOG consumption unit consumes the difference between the BOG generated from the storage tank and the BOG needed in the engine. In order to compress the fuel gas in the fuel gas supply line and it supplies the first high pressure pump is installed. By passing through the first high pressure pump it compresses the fuel gas compacted to the first to the second and the second high pressure pump supplies. It is installed in the fuel gas supply line. The carburetor vaporizes the fuel gas provided from the second high pressure pump. It is installed in the fuel gas supply line in order to supply to the ME-GI engine. The bypass line is connected to the fuel gas supply line in order to bypass the second high pressure pump. In the bypass valve, the fuel gas passing through the first high pressure pump bypasses the second high pressure pump.
