    • The present invention relates to an electric car, comprising: a frame; a driving motor which is installed in the frame and has a front axis and a rear axis respectively formed in the frontside and the backside; a power transmission unit which is formed to transmit torque of the driving motor to front wheels and rear wheels respectively installed in the frontside and the backside of the frame and includes a first transmission axis connected to a front wheel axis to support the front wheels to be rotatable to the frame and a second transmission axis connected to a rear wheel axis to support the rear wheels to be rotatable to the frame; and a power transmission crackdown unit including a front clutch unit which is installed between the first transmission axis and the front axis to crack down a power connection between the driving motor and the first transmission axis and a rear clutch unit which is installed between the second transmission axis and the rear axis to crack down a power connection between the driving motor and the second transmission axis. According to the present invention, the electric car includes the driving motor having the front axis and the rear axis which are respectively formed to protrude in the frontside and the backside to transmit the power to the front wheels and the rear wheels, thereby reducing power losses transmitted to the front wheels and the rear wheels and saving manufacturing time and costs by a relatively simple structure.

    • The present invention relates to a self-water cooling motor. The self-water cooling motor comprises: a housing having internal space and an axis hole formed in the center part thereof; a rotator which has a shaft extended to the outside through the axis hole of the housing in the internal space of the housing, and which is installed to be rotated to the housing; and a stator which is installed to be opposite to the rotator in the internal surface of the housing. The housing includes a first internal passage which is extended to a lower support part from an upper support part while passing through the inside the housing so that cooling oil can be circulated by the housing and the shaft through the upper and lower support parts to support the shaft to be rotated to the housing. The shaft includes a lower opening connected to the lower end of a first internal cooling passage, an upper opening connected to the upper end of the internal cooling passage, and a second cooling passage which is extended upward from the lower opening to be respectively connected to the lower opening and the upper opening, and which has a spiral groove or a spiral protrusion on the inner wall to form a rising or falling swirling flow by rotation. According to the present invention, the fluid in the self-water cooling motor generates the rising or falling swirling flow by the spiral groove or the spiral protrusion formed on the inner wall, thereby inducing the autonomous circulation of the cooling oil.

    • The present invention relates to a cogging-offsetting dual-rotor motor, which includes a housing with internal space; a stator fixed in the internal space of the housing and surrounded by a coil; an outer rotor facing the outer wheel of the stator; an inner rotor facing the inner wheel of the stator; and a dual rotor with a rotation unit connecting the outer rotor to the inner rotor integrally and having a rotation axis at the center while multiple first permanent magnets arranged on the outer rotor in the circumference direction and the same number of multiple second permanent magnets arranged on the inner rotor in the circumference direction form a first angle set in a radical shape with the center on the rotation axis. The cogging-offsetting dual-rotor type motor according to the present invention is capable of reducing vibration and noises by offsetting cogging torque between the inter rotor and the outer rotor.
