    • PURPOSE: A piezoelectric valve is provided to minimize the pressure loss of an outlet because a passage of the outlet is not extended even if the outlet is positioned in the center of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric valve(100) comprises a housing(120) and a piezoelectric actuator(110). The housing comprises an inlet(130), a nozzle(140), an outlet(150), and a passage(145). A chamber(121) is formed inside the housing. The piezoelectric actuator is positioned to cover the upper part of the nozzle. If voltage is applied, the piezoelectric actuator is displaced by bending so that the nozzle can be opened and closed. Both ends of the piezoelectric actuator are not fixed in a chamber. A mounting part(125) is formed in the chamber.

    • PURPOSE: A piezoelectric valve is provided to regulate air or fluid accurately without leakage by deciding opening or closing of a main spool according to opening or closing of a poppet installed in the middle of a metal core by thread-connecting. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric valve controls rotation or linear motion of an actuator by regulating flow of air or fluid. The piezoelectric valve is composed of a main valve part having a valve body(1), a main spool(2), a return spring(8) returning the main spool and an impact buffer spring(10) smoothly operating the main spool, and a pilot part having a displacement enlargement core(5), a poppet(4), upper and lower orifices(6,7) and a hydraulic pressure part(11). The displacement enlargement core is moved right and left according to power supply, and the actuator is rotated or moved linearly by receiving air or fluid according to conduction of the orifices. Noise and vibration are reduced by improving sealing efficiency, and the valve is operated accurately.
