    • A header structure of a heat exchanger is provided to have strength capable of resisting in a high pressure of coolant used in a supercritical cycle by increasing blazing strength. A header structure of a heat exchanger includes a plurality of tube plate parts, pin parts, and header parts(3). The plurality of tube plate parts are tube-shaped and are installed having a gap from each other. The pin parts are mounted between the tube plate parts and enlarge a heat exchange area. The header parts is mounted on both sides of a body of the heat exchanger, inflows fluid to each tube plate part, and circulates the fluid. The heater parts are connected to the fluid inlet pipe and a fluid outlet pipe, respectively.

    • A header type heat exchanger is provided to readily assemble a tube and obtain sufficient inner pressure of a tube type header by reinforcing an outer periphery and an inner periphery of the tube. A header type heat exchanger includes a plurality of flat tubes(2), a wrinkled pin, tube headers(6,8), a first reinforcement plate(10), and a second reinforcement plate(11). The plurality of flat tubes have coolant passages formed therein, and are disposed at predetermined intervals. The wrinkled pin is installed between the adjacent tubes to readily exchange heat. The tube headers are connected to both ends of the tube to be in communication with the tubes. The first reinforcement plate has a slit groove, into which the tube is inserted. The first reinforcement plate is adhered to the tube header at an outer periphery of the tube header, into which the tube is inserted. The second reinforcement plate adhered to the tube header is coupled with an inner periphery of the tube header, into which the tube is inserted.

    • A header pipe of a heat exchanger is provided to transfer heat efficiently by shutting air between header pipes and a radiating fin with a spacer projection, to decrease failure rate by keeping the gap of the radiating fins, and to braze easily by making paste actively flow without concentration. Plural rows of tube insertion holes are formed in a header pipe of a heat exchanger to assemble the tubes, and a spacer projection(16c) is formed between rows of the tubes to keep the gap of radiating fins. A regulating groove(16d) is formed in the spacer projection and restricted in a tube insertion hole(16b) to move paste easily and widthwise to the header pipe in brazing. An inlet of the regulating groove is inclined and enlarged at the side of the radiating fin. Assembling process is reduced by using paste flowing along the header pipes instead of welding material in brazing the tube and the header pipe.
