    • PURPOSE: A wood for building is provided which prevents distortion of wood and improves tensile strength of wood by injecting resin into the groove and pressing the resin injected into the groove after forming a groove in wood, and a manufacturing method of the wood for building is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of wood for building comprises material selection and fetching step of fetching the selected materials after confirming actually required dimensions, quantities, quality classes and material types and selecting materials considering existing market articles and articles made to order; drying step of naturally drying the fetched materials through the material selection and fetching step using natural drying; processing step of processing the materials by cutting the materials dried through the drying step to an appropriate certain size; mechanical drying step of artificially drying the materials processed through the processing step again using steam drying; pressing material injection step of forming a groove on the materials dried through the mechanical drying step, and inducing chemical change of the resin by injecting a resin into the groove; transportation step of transporting the materials made through the pressing material injection step to the scene of labor; and assembly step of constructing a wood building using the materials transported to the scene of labor.

    • 본발명은목재의난연방부처리방법에관한것으로, a) 목재를진공챔버에투입시킨다음소정시간배기시켜목재함유된수분과공기와불순물잔류량을최소화시키는진공배기단계; b) 난연방부액을진공챔버에가득주입한다음고압함침기로 8~25㎏f/㎠의압력으로소정시간가압시켜난연방부액을목재내부로함침시키는단계; c) 난연방부액을재사용할수 있게회수하는단계; d) 진공챔버내부를진공배기및 탈수시켜빠른건조를유도하는탈수단계; e) 탈수된목재를통풍되는음지에서기울여수 시간자연건조시키는단계; f) 자연건조된목재를건조기에투입시켜 50~80℃의온도로 2~4일간가열건조시키는단계; 를포함하고, 상기 a) 단계에서목재의함수율은 10~19%이고, 상기 d) 단계에서탈수후 목재내부에잔류난연방부액은 8~15%이고, 상기난연방부액은인계난연액과방부액을 50~130:1의중량비로혼합한다음 2~5% 중량비의에틸렌을더 혼합하고, 상기인계난연액은점도가각각 0.1~5 cSt인트리에틸인산, 암모늄포스페이트, 암모늄폴리포스페이트중 적어도어느하나이상혼합하고, 상기방부액의유효활성성분은 3-요오도-2-프로피닐부틸카르바메이트, 디데실디메틸암모늄클로라이드, 디데실디메틸암모늄아디페이트, 파라벤중 어느하나이상혼합된난연방부액을고압으로목재에침투시켜목재의난연및 방부가한꺼번에처리되도록한 것이다.
